When her partner Chris and designer Julie Holloway decided they wished to buy a house, they sought high and low for his or her edition of an ideal house. Occupants of Roswell, Ga (a suburb just north of Atlanta), they checked out virtually every available house in a 30-mile radius, but discovered nothing they adored. “We were heading to construct, but it had been too pricey, says Holloway. “We determined the next-best thing was to discover an unaffected relic from days gone by and also make it our own.” Eventually they occurred upon a 1978 ranch home in a substantial Roswell neighborhood.
